One-time enrollment fee of $100 per member, maxed at $225 per family

All memberships reflect discounted pricing for founding members when paid with ACH account. Other forms of payment are accepted but monthly fees are 4% higher.

If you decide to cancel, you must let us know in writing with a 30 day notice. If you cancel then decide to rejoin, you will be asked to pay the enrollment fee again.
