Erica Levy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She earned her degree from Azusa Pacific University and provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages.

As the founder and owner of Evexia Health, Erica created her practice with a vision to bring healthcare back to what it should be: personal, accessible, and focused on the whole person. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is passionate about serving a diverse community and ensuring every patient feels heard, understood, and empowered.

Her approach to care is holistic, addressing not only physical health but also the emotional and social factors that impact overall well-being. She emphasizes preventative care, personalized treatment plans, and open communication because the best outcomes happen when patients are fully informed and actively involved in their health.

Erica’s favorite part of her work is building long-term relationships with her patients, walking alongside them through challenges, celebrating their victories, and helping them live healthier, fuller lives.

Outside of medicine, Erica is a wife and proud mother of three daughters. She loves to travel, create meaningful experiences with her family, and is deeply grounded in her Christian faith, which shapes her compassion and commitment to serving others.
